Return Policy

 

We expect our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products that we provide through Lammily.co.za. However, if you are not 100% satisfied, we will gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, if your order is returned to us within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase and returned to us in its original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days (this all depends on your card issuing bank).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

 

 

Cancel or Change an Order

If you changed your mind about your order and wish to cancel or change, please contact us IMMEDIATELY.  We will make every attempt to accommodate your request. If your order has yet to be processed, then we can successfully stop the order and you will receive a cancellation confirmation of the entire order or the part number cancelled.  Most orders are processed the day the order is received.  We always recommend cancelling an order as soon as possible.

However, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been processed.

If a package is in transit when your request is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible.  You will need to follow our Return Policy. Refusal of delivery will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking fees from applying to any refund allowed. Any orders paid by credit card will be refunded back to the same account. Check with your credit card provider to find out the time period to credit your account after we process the refund to post a credit back to your account.
